Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies.

  • Manage supplier identification, qualification, negotiations, and contract administration.

  • Lead Material Resource Planning (MRP) activities to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

  • Coordinate procurement requirements with Production, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.

  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock while minimizing carrying costs.

  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement costs.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service.

  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and indirect purchases.

  • Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and KPI dashboards.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and governance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Science in Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Material Resource Planning.

  • Proven experience within FMCG and Poultry Industry is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MRP planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

  • Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, AI
