Role Purpose:
Responsible for sales analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, and process improvement to support day-to-day business operations and decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and publish insights through dashboards and reports.
- Support demand forecasting using historical sales, market trends, and operational requirements.
- Track and publish key KPIs: numeric distribution, MSL compliance, JP compliance, wastage %, promo ROI, and SKU contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather data, validate assumptions, and support decisions.
- Maintain accurate master data, ensure logical and analytical interpretation, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Must ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.
