Job Description

  • Should have designing & maintenance experience in HVAC, Chilled water, Drainage, Water and Firefighting system.
  • Should have knowledge in projects budget preparation with preliminary design capability for project.
  • Need to have experience in Preventive, Corrective, and Emergency maintenance.
  • Need to follow Mechanical related AMC’s.
  • Should monitor the system operation conditions regularly in all HVAC system and identify the system faults (AC’s, Chillers, Generators, Manure Separator, Sludge decanter, Motors, Pumps, Gear drives and Air blowers and Air conditioning system and main water and drainage system) and confirm system is normal and working well.
  • Assist in developing, managing, and implementing construction projects program of work.
  • Optimizing and managing resource allocation across a facility.
  • Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects & Creating maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Should arrange & maintain necessary chemical, consumable spare parts for the maintenance and operation related items.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of related experience of which a minimum of 4 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in Facilities Management or General Maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong Health, Safety and Environment knowledge.
  • Detailed knowledge of Mechanical systems and services.
